6-26 New
review of the DVieD/EP: This 6 track EP
features 3 new tracks and 3 covers from Enuff Z’nuff frontman Donnie Vie.
The DVD disc features interviews, videos, live footage and Japanese TV
appearances, in an overview of Vie’s musical career. There is some great
un-seen footage here including Donnie performing The Beatles “Don’t Let
Me Down” with former Motley Crue frontman John Corabi. Back to the CD,
the highlights are the very Beatle influenced “Code Red”, a track full
of harmonies, the bluesy rock n roll of Gorden Lightfoot’s “If You Could
Only Read My Mind” and the acoustic “I Love The Way”.
Why Buy?
A great double package, 6 great songs and a DVD packed full of footage.

The DVieD
is out now! Here is the antiMusic article about it with all the details.
Enuff
Z'nuff frontman Donnie Vie has released his first DVD aptly titled DVieD:
Baby Pictures. As the name suggests the focus of the DVD is on Vie's early
career but also includes exclusive clips from his recent solo outings.
The DVieD received an exclusive North American release through Dreamland
Disc last week and marks the first time the classic Enuff Z'nuff videos
for "Fly High Michelle," "New Thing," and "Baby Loves You" are available
in North America on DVD.
The set spans
90 minutes and features videos, live performances, interviews and home
video footage going all the way back to 1985 for Enuff Z'nuff's first concert
up through present day including two videos from Vie's reunion with Derek
Frigo and Vik Foxx which was the focus of the 'One More for the Road' album
which was released earlier this year in Europe.
antiMusic's
Keavin Wiggins was called upon co-produce the DVieD with Vie and also conducted
some of the new interviews for the disc where he joined Donnie on the real
streets of Hollywood to discuss his career. Along with the new interview
footage the DVieD also includes exclusive footage from Donnie's 1993 trip
to Japan including 3 TV performances as well as footage from a MTV UK special
for the Strength album (that was included in Enuff Z'nuff original home
video release), solo performances in Los Angeles and home video footage
including two of his solo songs.
