need help again:(

i know you guys have helped me with tech issues before so here's hoping! my keyboard on my laptop has gone goofy....some keyes wont work at all and some do 2 at a time or a letter and symbol. tried to un/reinstall the driver but it won't do that. tried to restore settings, didn't work. using onscreen kb now and this sux! any help and i'll love u guys forever!
